We love Top Stitch! Five years ago they made us a new top for our 2008 Livin' Lite Quicksilver 8.0 pop-up tent camper. They just made us an awning and screen room to attach. In each transaction, they gave us good support, and made sure we could properly set-up and use what they had built. We have a 30 year old strangely unique camper that is quite rare. It has loads of sentimental value to our family and unfortunately tragedy struck us earlier this year. Upon opening up our unit from winter storage to prepare for our much anticipated annual camping trip, we were greeted with the surprise of a mouse chewed and hole ridden canvas. After much heartache and confusion as to what to do with a now unusable camper, we learned of Top Stitch thru the referral of a friend. Thru working with their knowledgable engineering department and talented sewing staff, we now once again have our beloved camper in great shape and ready for more camping adventures. The team at Top Stitch worked closely with us to provide more than we could have ever hoped for. We had a total and complete canvas replacement along with dinette cushions and even a privacy curtain. Everything is OEM quality or better and has a custom fit and flawless finish. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with everyone involved and the owners are truly the nicest people you will ever meet. We highly recommend giving them a chance to breathe new life back into your loved camper. Top Stitch is TOP NOTCH and I would give more stars if I could!!!

My husband Tony and I would give more stars if we could!We own a 2021 Intech Discover in which we have camped in Michigan multiple times, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina and Ohio. We have camped in very strong winds (approximately 50mph) and torrential downpours multiple times and we had zero issues with the pop out tent beds made by Top Stitch. We called Top Stitch to check on the care for our tent beds and their customer service was top notch. You get what you pay for so buy the best the first time. This is a family company with made in the USA products and they are committed to putting out quality products. We would recommend Top Stitch for any of your needs.Tony and Tracy A. from Ohio

Best customer service I have experienced! The staff were so friendly and helpful to make sure we got the right tent. In the middle of a storm/power outage in our area, they even got our package out the same day! Thank you!

What would you say about a company that sells you a product but fails to tell you that the product is not totally assembled when shipped and then refuses to accept a return? It is my opinion that Top Stitch is such a company. I ordered a replacement tent for my pop-up camper and was never told by the customer service rep that I would have to attach the snaps to the canvas so that the tent could be attached to my camper. She later even acknowledged that she failed to include this bit of helpful information. Now they won't even accept the tent as a return. I have repeatedly asked for the general manager to give me a call but it's been weeks and no call.Because of the poor customer service, I would caution people about ordering anything from Top Stitch. Ask many questions and assume nothing. Be aware that you might not be able to return your item if it ended up being not exactly what you ordered.UPDATE CONCERNING SUZI'S POST- Her information is incorrect as I was not offered free installation from anyone. Some people were kind enough to offer advice, but none offered free installation. My perspective of this company remains unchanged.
